1. Mission Clearance is granted for Ambassador-at-Large for 
War Crimes Issues Clint Williamson, Deputy Milbert Shin, 
and Foreign Affairs Officer Brendan Doherty to visit USUN on 
December 11-12.  The purpose is to hold meetings on the 
margins of the ICTY/ICTR briefings to the UN Security 
Council, particularly on functioning of the international 
tribunals and their residual/legacy issues. 
 
2. USUN will assist in scheduling a meeting with OLA's 
A/SYG Peter Taksoe-Jensen to discuss his visit to the ECCC 
(Khmer Rouge Tribunal) next week.
