Understanding cables

Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). Ministry of Foreign Affairs Chief of Service of the Principal 
Bodies of the UN Redoune Houssaini regarding harmonization of 
conditions of service at the United Nations.  Houssaini 
agreed to forward the U.S. proposal to his supervisors for 
their consideration in lieu of accepting the other two 
proposals from the Fifth Committee and the UN Secretary 
General.
