(SBU) Econoff delivered reftel points to Bushra Saeed, 
Operations Officer, South Asia Relations, Department of 
Foreign Affairs and International Trade.  Saeed said that 
Canada will attend the conference and will be represented by 
the Foreign Minister or, if the Minister is unavailable, the 
most senior official possible.  Saeed said the Government of 
Canada is still discussing internally if and how much Canada 
will pledge.
