Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1. (SBU) PolOff delivered reftel demarche on 20 November 2008.  The 
MFA provided no substantive response to the demarche, and has given 
no indication that it will change its previous positions voting in 
favor of resolutions specifically mentioning Israel.  Post will 
advise if the Government of Tajikistan offers any substantive 
response to the demarche.
