Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). Poloff thanked Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs Head of 
United Nations Division Azzedine Farhane on November 21 for 
Morocco's support of the 2008 UNGA resolution on "Compliance 
with non-proliferation, arms limitation, and disarmament 
agreements and commitments" at the First Committee meeting of 
the 63rd UN General Assembly.  Farhane reaffirmed that the 
U.S. can count on Morocco to continue its support on this 
issue when the resolution comes up for a vote in the UNGA 
plenary.
