Your Excellency 
Mr. President Barack Obama 
 
We warmly congratulate you and the American people for electing a 
new President of the United States of America!  You have conducted 
an impressive campaign in the name of change, in a difficult 
electoral confrontation, and succeeded, which confirms once again 
the American model of democracy. 
 
The whole world has watched in fascination the finale of this 
historical race for the Washington Presidency.  As of today the 
world looks forward to a new wave of progress in the United States 
of America and in the world. 
 
The positive evolution and the success of the United States of 
America will have an important impact on our country, the Republic 
of Moldova, especially because we also need a change to 
unequivocally return to the space of European civilization. 
 
Your Excellency, Mr. President, 
 
We wish you good luck in justifying the hopes of the Americans and 
of the rest of the world and we wish you all the best during this 
supreme mandate awarded by the people that trusts its own forces.
