Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). SUBJECT: DAKAR CONTACT GROUP MEETING SET FOR NDJAMENA 
NOVEMBER 15 
 
 1. (U)  Embassy received a diplomatic note on October 30 
from the Chadian Foreign Ministry advising that the 6th 
ministerial meeting of the contact group charged with 
implementing the Dakar Accord of 13 March 2008 between Chad 
and Sudan would meet in Ndjamena on November 15. The 
ministerial meeting would be preceded by the work of experts 
from November 12-14.   The ministry invited an American 
delegation to participate in the meeting. 
 
2. (U) Certainly the embassy will be represented by the 
Ambassador. Please advise who else might attend for the U.S. 
NIGRO
