1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
2. In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, this cable 
forwards the name and biodata of sixteen 16 police officers 
scheduled to attend an ATA VIP course from December 10 2008 to 
January 12, 2009 at Camp Watan, Afghanistan.  Post has reviewed the 
information available on these individuals and has found no 
derogatory information.  Post requests Department response by 
November 11, 2008.
