Poloff provided reftel points and draft resolution on October 
1, 2008 to Ricardo Bocalandro, Sub-Director for the MFA's 
Directorate of International Security, Nuclear and Space 
Affairs (DIGAN).  In a follow-up conversation on October 7, 
2008, Bocalandro said that Argentina would vote in favor of 
the U.S. Resolution but would likely not co-sponsor.
