Understanding cables

International Cooperations Senior Policy Advisor Mngoro and to 
Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Americans Desk Director 
Nacerodien.  Both DEAT and DFA subsequently advised post that the 
matter is under consideration by the South African government and 
that an official response will be provided once the government 
concludes consultations with relevant stakeholders.
