ΒΆ1. (SBU) In response to reftel demarche, Department of 
Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) Senior Policy 
Adviser for NATO Amy Galigan confirmed that no Canadian 
Forces (CF) troops are participating in NTM-I, or are 
otherwise engaged in Iraq and that the Government of Canada 
is not planning to deploy CF personnel to Iraq.
