Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

1.  (U) This message is Sensitive But Unclassified--Please 
handle accordingly. 
 
2.  (SBU) SUMMARY:  Indonesia provided to Mission on 
September 10 a complete list of its delegation attending the 
upcoming United Nations General Assembly.  The delegation 
will be led by Foreign Minister Wirajuda, as noted to 
Department earlier.  Senior members of the delegation are 
listed in para 4 below.  The complete list--which contains 
roughly 30 names--is being forwarded separately to the 
Department.  END SUMMARY. 
 
3.  (SBU) In response to Department's request, Ref A reported 
on the planned participation of Minister of Foreign Affairs 
Hassan Wirajuda and stated that President Bambang Susilo 
Yudhoyono did not plan to attend the UNGA.  That information 
remains unchanged. 
 
4.  (SBU) Mission received late on September 10 a list from 
the Indonesian Department of Foreign Affairs of the members 
of the delegation accompanying FM Wirajuda.  The complete 
list is being sent to EAP/MTS by email.
