ΒΆ1.  This cable is in response to State 77167 asking Post to identify 
key host country entrepreneurs under the age of 40 in the Arab and 
Muslim communities of Ecuador for a potential Arab/Muslim Annual 
Regional Entrepreneurs Conference (AREC).  After consultation with a 
number of sections and agencies supporting the U.S. mission in 
Ecuador, we recommend the following persons based on the criteria in
