Understanding cables

ΒΆ1.  (U) Deputy Pol/Econ Chief delivered reftel demarche to 
Masudur Rahman, Director of the Americans Wing at 
Bangladesh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  Rahman pledged to 
pass the information to relevant agencies in the Government 
of Bangladesh (GOB).  Consular and RSO will also share the 
details of the demarche with their GOB counterparts here.
