1.  Post is unaware of any sexual exploitation and abuse 
(SEA) or trafficking in persons (TIP) issues with UNDOF 
peacekeepers, and we have seen no press reports of any 
issues.  Post contacted three NGOs that are concerned with 
SEA and TIP in Northern Israel: Hotline for Migrant Workers, 
Isha L'Isha Haifa Feminist Center, and Kav LaOved Worker's 
Hotline.  All three reported that the were unaware of any 
issues with UN Peacekeepers. 
 
2.  Ministry of Justice official Rachel Gershuni, National 
Coordinator of GOI Anti-Trafficking Efforts, reported that 
she had met with UNTSO, which provides Military Observers to 
UNDOF, and was satisfied with their efforts to combat SEA and 
TIP, including mandatory training programs.  She was also 
unaware of any SEA or TIP issues. 
 
3.  The action request (ref) asked for the reference number 
of previous reports.  Post was unable to locate any previous 
reports on this issue.  The Point of Contact for this cable
