Understanding cables

1. (SBU) On July 2, Poloff met with Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
International Organizations Department Officer Ho The Nam and 
delivered points on the UNSC Chapter VII resolution on Zimbabwe 
(reftel).  Poloff also left a copy of the draft UNSC resolution with 
Nam.  Nam gave no indication as to the GVN's position on the draft 
resolution, but said he would report our points to MFA leadership.
