Martin, Senior Development Policy Officer, Development Policy 
and Institutions, Department of Foreign Affairs and 
International Trade.  Sahas Martin referred to a June 4 joint 
press release from the Canadian Ministers for Agriculture, 
International Trade, and International Cooperation which 
states that "Canada is also working to reduce (global) export 
restrictions that often keep food from getting to people who
