¶1.  We request the Department's assistance in screening the 
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded 
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign 
Assistance Act. 
 
¶2.  The following individuals will attend the Exercise 
Fuerzas Commando in San Antonio, Texas, from June 15 to 28,
