Understanding cables

1.  This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names of two (2) Ministry of Defense and 
Ministry of Interior officials selected to attend Executive Seminar 
training in fall 2008.  Post possesses no derogatory information on 
these individuals.  Post requests the Department's review of these 
candidates by July 31, 2008.
