Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

ΒΆ1.  (U)  On 2 June poloff delivered reftel points on l of UN and International 
Organizations and 
Pantelis Margaris, the D1 Counselor-Expert on disarmament 
issues.  Tsokos and Margaris both had serious concerns over 
the latest IAEA report but said "diplomatic dialogue must be 
exhausted" before Greece would support further sanctions. 
Tsokos said Greece will align with the EU, and Iran is the 
top priority for next month's European Council meeting in 
Brussels.
