1.  Department requests country clearance for EAP Assistant 
Secretary Christopher R. Hill and his delegation, listed in 
para 3, to travel to Beijing and Moscow from May 27-31 for 
consultations related to the Six-Party Talks. 
 
2. Please arrange accommodations in Beijing and Moscow with 
beginning dates as indicated in para 3 for individual 
travelers.  Department requests posts to name control 
officers and provide administrative support, interpretation, 
and notetaking as needed.  A/S Hill and delegation would 
appreciate airport courtesies and transportation to the 
hotel.  Please provide cell phones and activate classified 
log-ons for delegation members.  Department thanks posts for
