Understanding cables

Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 2.  (U) The Department asked Posts to consider ways to 
promote the May 21 "Day of Solidarity with Cuba" 
(reftel).  At Deputy Secretary Negroponte's request, 
Posts should report their plans by return cable no 
later than close of business (local time) Monday, May 
5.  Posts are also requested to include any details 
about specific plans to promote Cuba Solidarity Day by 
the host government or within the host country.
