2. (SBU) Post confirms that we placed the Op-Ed provided by 
the Department under the Ambassador's signature in the 
leading Salvadoran Daily, El Diario de Hoy, on May 21.  In 
addition, the Mission has placed material on Cuban Solidarity 
Day on the Embassy's public website
