Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

ΒΆ1.  (SBU)  On 28 May we received the requested (Ref A and B) 
official response from State Corporation Rosatom Deputy Director 
Kamenskikh providing assurances for the transfer of nuclear fuel 
fabrication technology between Exelon Corporation and TVEL of 
Russia.  Embassy will email a scanned copy of the letter and an 
informal translation to ISN/NESS - Robin DeLaBarre.
