Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. 1. Embassy Montevideo has arranged for Amherst College 
Professor and Cuban Affairs expert Javier Corrales to 
discuss the situation on the island live via telephone in a 
ten-minute radio interview with Radio Monte Carlo.  The 
program is scheduled for the afternoon of May 21st. Radio 
Monte Carlo reaches an audience of approximately 250,000 
people. 
 
2. Post has also drafted an Op-Ed on Cuba under the 
AmbassadorQs byline for placement in the local news media. 
 
3. Questions about either of these programs should be
