Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

In an effort to raise awareness and promote Cuban Solidarity 
in Uruguay, post has arranged a live ten minute radio 
interview with James Maraniss.  Maraniss is a professor at 
Amherst College and an expert in Cuban Affairs who has spoken 
to Uruguayan audiences in the past.  The interview will take 
place at 2PM local time on May 21, airing on Monte Carlo 
Radio.  Monte Carlo Radio reaches approximately 250,000 
people.
