Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

Poloff conveyed reftel talking points and text of 60-day 
report on May 12 to Assistant Secretary Riaz Abdul Razak of 
the MFA,s Multilateral Political Affairs Division, 
Disarmament Branch, and urged that Malaysia submit its 
report.  Riaz expressed appreciation for the copy of the U.S. 
report and indicated that this would be useful in the 
preparation of the GOM report.
