¶2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names and biodata of twenty-seven (27) 
Afghan Nationals selected for training in the Narcotic Interdiction 
Unit class 13.  The below 27 candidates will accompany 28 other NIU 
candidates sent reftel.  Post possesses no derogatory information on 
these individuals.  Post requests the Department's review of these 
candidates by June 9, 2008.
