¶1.  This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
¶2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names and biodata of twenty-eight (28) 
Afghan Nationals selected for training in the Narcotic Interdiction 
Unit class 13.  Post possesses no derogatory information on these 
individuals.  Post requests the Department's review of these 
candidates by June 2, 2008.
