Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1.   (U) Post has received the following detailed schedule of 
the meetings of the Coordination and Cooperation Security 
Committee of Iraq and Neighboring Countries which is to take 
place at the Ebla al-Sham Hotel on April 12 and April 13, 
2008. 
 
2.  (U) Sunday, April 13, 2008 
         09:00 to 10:00 am: Opening session (opening speech 
by the Minister of Interior) 
         10:15 to 13:30 pm: First round of working session 
         14:00 pm: Lunch at Ebla al-Cham Hotel 
        17:00 to 20:00 pm: Second round of working session 
         20:30 pm:  Dinner hosted by HE the Minister of 
Interior in honor of the participants at     the conference. 
 
3.  (U) Monday, April 14, 2008 
         11:00 am:  Final Session 
 
4.  (U) The following countries will be participating at the 
meetings: Kingdom of Jordan, Islamic Republic of Iran, 
Kingdom of Bahrain, Republic of Turkey, Kingdom of Saudi 
Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic, Republic of Iraq, State of 
Kuwait, and the Arab Republic of Egypt. 
 
5.  (U) The following organizations are also taking part in 
the meetings: General Secretariat of Arab League, General 
Secretariat of the United Nations, Organizations of Islamic
