Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (SBU) Czech MFA Department of the Middle East Director Josef 
Rychtar, stated that the Czechs will participate in the 
"Together, We Achieve the Lebanese Dream" conference on March 
ΒΆ14.  He indicated that the EU Ambassadors met a few days ago 
in Beirut to discuss this conference and that the consensus 
was for EU member states to participate at the Deputy Chief 
of Mission level.  Thus, the Czech DCM in Beirut will 
represent the GOCR.
