If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the 
following candidates, who have been nominated for USG-funded 
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign 
Assistance Act. 
 
2. The following individuals will attend Joint Military 
Public Affairs training in Madison, WI from March 30 to April 
3, 2008.  These names are in addition the one provided in Ref 
B.
