2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names and biodata of seven (7) Afghan 
Nationals selected to participate in the Presidential Protective 
Service Executive Leadership Course offered by the U.S. Department 
of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (ATA).  Post possesses no 
derogatory information on these individuals.  Post requests
