¶1.  This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
¶2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,

Afghan Nationals selected for training in the Narcotic Interdiction 
Unit class 11.  Post possesses no derogatory information on these 
individuals.  Post requests Department's review of these candidates
