2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names of six Afghan government officials 
selected to attend various senior International Military Education 
and Training (IMET) courses in the United States.  Post possesses no 
derogatory information on these individuals.  Post requests the 
Department's review of these candidates by February 21, 2008.
