Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL) has confirmed that its 
National Research Universal (NRU) reactor at Chalk River, 
Ontario, returned to service early Sunday (December 16) 
morning.  AECL anticipates that medical isotopes will begin 
to be removed from NRU for processing and distribution 
December 20.
