Understanding cables

(SBU) Econoff conveyed USG reftel concerns about the 
Sinopec-Yadavaran deal to Nichamon Agrasuta of the North America 
Division of the Thai MFA, Royal Thai Government (RTG).  Nichamon 
replied that Thailand is committed to abiding by the relevant UNSC 
resolutions in its dealings with Iran.
