Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). Thank you for your letter of November 6, 2007, extending 
Canada an invitation to participate in the working breakfast 
to discuss the Asia Pacific Democracy Partnership on the 
sidelines of the upcoming Community of Democracies 
ministerial meeting in Bamako, Mali. 
 
Canada is pleased to accept the invitation.  Ms. Isabelle 
Roy, Canadian Ambassador to Mali, and Mr. Craig Kowalik, 
Policy Analyst of the Democracy Unit, Foreign Affairs and
