On October 25, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to MFA 
International Organizations Counselor Dr. Hamad Bou Rahmah. 
In a follow-up conversation on November 1, Bou Rahmah said 
that the GOK delegation to the UN will take the decision on 
whether to vote against the Cuba embargo resolution at the 
UNGA.  He pointed out, though, that the GOK typically votes 
for the Cuba resolution.
