Marshall Center Program 
 
 
1.  This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names and biodata of three Afghan officials, 
with positions noted, to participate in the Program for Terrorism 
and Security Studies at the George C. Marshall Center from January 
2008 to April 2008.  Post possesses no derogatory information on 
these individuals.  Post requests Department's review of these 
candidates and response by December 31, 2007.
