Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). ΒΆ1.  On November 29, 2007, poloff delivered dipnote and 
points, per reftel, to Bakie Doherty, Americas desk officer 
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International 
Cooperation.  Mrs. Doherty says no decision has been reached, 
but she will present our viewpoint to the appropriate parties 
within the Ministry.  Post will reiterate the message later 
this week with FoMin upon the Minister's return.
