Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (U) We delivered reftel demarche on November 19th to MFA 
United Nations desk officer Ilknur Bademli.  She stated that 
Turkey was preparing to co-sponsor the resolutions on Burma 
and North Korea.  She did not have information regarding 
Belarus, and stated Turkey would abstain regarding Iran.  In 
addition, Turkey intends to support thematic resolutions on 
elections, religious intolerance, defamation of religion, and 
the EU death penalty.
