On October 4, Poloff met with Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign 
Affairs International Organizations Department Counselor Dr. 
Hamad Bou Rahmah to deliver reftel points.  According to Bou 
Rahmah, the GOK will participate in the October 22-23 
G8-Broader Middle East and North Africa (G8-BMENA) Forum and 
will be represented by International Organization Department 
Director, Counselor Mansour Eiyad Al-Otaibi.
