If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). On September 14, 2007 Economic Counselor Tom Walsh passed reftel 
talking points information questing support for the split-currency 
assessments to New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and 
the New Zealand Ministry of Transport.  Mr. Nigel Mouat, Principal 
Advisor, Aviation Maritime and Security Group of the Ministry of 
Transport responded that it sounded logical and that he would 
consult with MFAT regarding the request.  Post will forward any 
further reaction or comments received.
