Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

On September 11, the official Tunisia-Africa Press Agency 
(TAP) reported that President Ben Ali charged Minister of 
Foreign Affairs Abdelwaheb Abdallah to represent Tunisia at 
UNGA's 62nd session.  FM Abdallah confirmed the same to 
Ambassador on September 10.
