Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (SBU) MFA International Organizations Director Nasser Bourita 
advised polcouns on September 11 that Morocco's UNGA 
delegation will be led by Foreign Minister Benaissa. 
Accompanying will be: 
 
-- Amb. Youssef Amrani, Director-General for Bilateral 
Affairs (U/S level); 
 
-- Mohammed Azeroual, Director-General for Arab and Islamic 
Affairs (U/S level), (who we understand will be engaged 
primarily in bilaterals); 
 
-- Nasser Bourita, IO Director (A/S level), and 
 
-- Raja Ghanem, UN desk officer. 
 
Bourita also anticipated that 10-15 MFA support staff would 
be traveling to New York for the event.  The delegation plans 
to travel on September 22.
