If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (SBU)  Deputy Director General for the Caribbean Jaume Segura 
told Poloff that Spain supports a one year renewal of the 
Minustah mandate and will attend the Haiti Key Players 
meeting on September 26.  The Spanish attendee will be either 
Political Director Rafael Dezcallar or Director General for 
Latin America Javier Sandomingo, depending on Spain's 
attendance at a concurrent Alliance of Civilizations working 
breakfast.
