1.  Per reftel instructions, invitation was delivered by fax 
under cover of Diplomatic Note #0832 on September 4, 2007. 
The original Diplomatic Note was also mailed on this date. 
 
2.  On September 11, 2007, post received a Diplomatic Note 
from the Barbados Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign 
Trade, stating that Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign 
Trade, Dame Billie Miller, has accepted Secretary Rice's 
invitation to the Third Women Leaders' Working Group on 
September 28, 2007. 
 
3.  A copy of the Diplomatic Note was faxed to WHA/CAR.
