1. (SBU) Embassy Amman requests approval for ESTH Hub Officer Manu 
Bhalla to visit Tel Aviv, Israel, September 23-26, 2007, to meet 
with ESTH Counselor Paul Rohrlich, tour MERC projects and have 
meetings regarding ESTH issues in Israel. 
 
2.  (U) Traveler requests Embassy assistance with hotel reservations 
for 3 nights in Tel Aviv, September 23-25.  Traveler also seeks 
Embassy assistance with ground transportation for return on Sep 26 
morning via the King Hussein/Allenby bridge to Jordan (traveler will 
make his own arrangements via Embassy Amman to travel from the 
Jordanian side of the bridge to Amman). 
 
3.  (U) Mr. Bhalla has a Top Secret clearance.  His diplomatic 
passport number is 900329956.
