Understanding cables

2.  (SBU) Poloff met with Lourdes Puma Puma, MFA Director 
General of Multilateral Affairs, on August 9 regarding the 
First Lady's literacy and health event.  Puma expressed 
interest in the topic and event and asked to have an 
invitation sent to the spouses of both the President and 
Foreign Minister.  Puma confirmed on August 17 that both the 
President and Minister of Foreign Affairs would attend the 
UNGA.
